About the artist

Tim Kudrle has a background in fine arts and art eduction. He has always been interested in the figure, the narrative of the figure, and the process of creating these images.   Holding a BFA from SUNY Plattsburgh in painting and a post Bacculaureate in paint from the Museum School in Boston. Tim received his teaching certificate from CCSU and currently teaches in Connecticut.

Why this show?

“I liked the premise of the show.  I think it is important to present the nude, especially the male nude, as a contrast to the over presentation of the female form that predicates most of western art.”
